im gonna give some advice to people who still havent shift,,
Stop underestimating yourself. if you expect to not shift or if you expect that this isnt going to work that's exactly what's going to happen. shifting isnt just subliminals and methods. you all are capable of shifting and being happy. think of it like this, if you expect it you'll attract it. instead of expecting to not shift, expect to shift every night and believe that it will happen. do not be in despair if you dont shift immediately, shifting uses patience.

Remember, the key to shifting is so assume you have already shifted. If you do, the law of assumption cannot fail you! Whatever you tell your subconscious will come true. If you tell yourself you canβt shift, you wonβt (Not forever, but it might push you down).

SOME MOTIVATION AND HELP FOR MY SHIFTING FAM OUT THERE:
1. Symptoms you might feel while shifting (if u don't feel symptoms that's okay, it just means that ur body has gotten used to it and ur almost there) :
- headaches (pre-shifting, maybe like during the day or day before)
- vibrations (like not physical but you'll understand soon)
- feeling an upwards or downward pull (ur like rlly close and shifting into the void which is like an empty black space before getting to ur DR but ppl replace it with a waiting room to make it easier)
-tingles
- hearing someone or something from ur DR
-smelling something you'd only smell in ur DR
- Seeing angle numbers around before hand
-Jerking awake or moving without intending to
- fast heart beat
- loss of hearing surroundings
2. Bro I literally got into shifting a year ago and have been trying ever since but then I took a rlly long break from shifting. It became a habit where'd I'd go to sleep with intention that I'm going to shift, but the mindset that I'll just fall asleep again n not shift. Never knew till this day that I would be one of the ppl to say I accidentally shifted. But I did, after so long, WITH doubts and a bad mindset I shifted. So you can too no matter how long it takes.
3. Trust the process, like literally the universe is preparing u and ur Dr, relax. Every time you try and fail ur one step closer to shifting.
4. You don't need to constantly drink water to shift. You don't need to lay in a star fish position with no limbs touching. You don't need to listen to subliminals through out the day. You don't need any of that to shift but if u believe it helps you, go for it. (honestly u can shift in any position anywhere anytime)
