Want to delve into a world of noise and reverb ? Here are 21 shoegaze and dream pop songs composed by bands from all around the globe.
The goal of this series of mixtape is to go beyond the classics and guide the listener through the world's dream pop and shoegaze scene.
Share this mixtape if you like it :)

One hour and twenty-four minutes of continued dream music.

This is a reupload, I had to remove a song from Deafcult because it caused the video to be blocked worldwide. The song have been replaced by "Big Mess" by Flyying Colours, another australian band.

Shoegaze will be what everyone listens to, it's like an acid trip, you will never hear another sound quite like it

Shoegaze songs are quite addicting coz you can listen to it even if you're happy or sad or angry. It's a pack of emotions through the music;- wether if it's the feeling of floating in clouds or outer space or the thoughts of the past. I guess it doesn't truly matter because the music is a banger.

How I know the shoegaze/dream pop/ indie music is authentic is when I feel some sort of sadness or sorrow that comes along with it or a sort of nerdy happiness! One or thee other it doesn't matter like Castlebeat and the master of it all Robin from the Cocteau Twins / Violent Indiana its such heart felt music its awesome

This mix was put together so perfectly, feels like every song was meant after the other. Been listening to this mix and the first one for about 7 years now.

This is for Allie....Through the window he waits for her. A world without gravity, a highway without naivety, a night without restraint. Vines on a trellis, falling into love.

I hope stuff like this will be caught by the algorithm on YouTube and shown to the world more randomly because shoegaze is such a powerfully stunning genre and i can see it resonating with people on a cathartic level of love and appreciation. I also hope shoegaze has a resurface in the music industry as I know not many people are into it apart from the community itself or music enthusiasts and not just the common consumer listener etc ♡♡♡ Thanks for this mix btw Tabatha!

Wow... !!! Tabatha, what what an excellent ear you have to assembled the kind of music, I would have picked out for myself. I say this as a person who has held a massive love for Dream-pop/Shoegaze for 40+ years. Elizabeth Fraser once said in an interview, "My music is like walking through a dream" and "I dream of music" 1983.
