I live in the same city at this guy and he started out with funny sarcastic videos reviewing horrible unliveable houses up for rent and the ridiculous amounts of money the landlords were asking for. Iām not surprised this is the trajectory heās taken, well done.

Australiaās housing market is extra messed up. Four of our biggest businesses are banks and they have a combined 1.4 trillion dollars in mortgage debt, so any attempt to deflate the housing bubble could tank the economy. They needed to be on this shit 20 years ago, but now all they can do is keep feeding the monster. I wish they would at least tax vacant houses, cap capital gains tax exemptions, phase out negative gearing, but the Labor party is filled with people who also have real estate investments and are convinced that negative gearing is a third rail after 2019.
