My interpretation:
A cult of mad scientists used genetic engineering to create a human with wings. The child was raised among the cult and worshiped as a goddess, though I'm unsure whether or not she is actually immortal.
She had to be medically monitored due to complications surrounding her birth, maybe she was born premature or immunocompromised? The reference to her bones being holy is tied to the correlation between her wings and divinity, since bird bones are hollow to make their bodies lighter to let them fly. Though I doubt our goddess here can fly due to the placement and size of her wings, but hey this is fantasyland so whatever flies flies. If we're getting really philosophical here then the question of "is she immortal or not" might be thematically the same question as "can she fly or not"
Word of her existence eventually breaches containment and reaches our dear Medusa. I'm pretty sure there's more lore to this character since I've seen her pop up here and there, but I'm not sure. Maybe she's an actual immortal goddess who was intrigued by the possibility of another immortal existing? But in any case she finds our winged woman, slays the cultists and introduces her to the outside world. a match made in heaven! <3

A harmless song of ruin
Which creates a monster
That harms itself and others
The tension is lifted from me
When I am reborn, alone
Spreading my wings of death high above love sprouts from the darkest white
I hear distant murmurs sweet whispers from my old wings
The black flower is the voice
Which remains in this broken eye
The black flower is the song
That has been awaiting its purpose since its creation
A harmless song of ice
I shall dance in nightmares those gelid days with nothing
I break away from death
Emerging from a crimson forest
Impregnated with the tainted seed of abomination
I let go these weak thoughts
The black flower is the voice
I always hear in bloodied prayers
The black flower is the song
That shall ring out the day of repentance in which all shall disappear
The disaster will fall upon us
When every man and dream is broken as this repeats our paths will diverge
Unforgivable flower’s song
Let me finally be free
This is written in a broken Japanese so it’s not entirely accurate but it’s close

The lore deepens once again, and it comes with another awesome song and animatic to boot! I didn't realize that was Cicely at first, but this brings new clarity to why her title is "The Skull" - also, her wings actually being formed from her hair is a creative touch I only just noticed here...which forms even more of a parallel between her and Hydra. The imagery in the video gives me some new headcanons on how all this factors into the wider lore...I'm almost certainly wrong, but thank you for the speculative fuel!
Let's not ignore the elephant in the room, though - somehow, you once again managed to set the creative bar even higher than it already was! Your vocals (and adlibbing; nice call-back to "Goddess" btw) remain beyond angelic, the art is top-tier (interesting use of AI shading, too), and the animation adds that extra "oomph" to the juxtaposition of beauty and ominousness. How you manage to keep on getting better than perfect, I don't even know...but keep it up, RafScrap! You are the bleeding edge of cover artists, I swear!

I’ve rewatched this multiple times and I think I have a grasp on the story, for me at least.
So the girl with wings I’ll call ‘goddess” since that seems to be what the chorus lyrics call her (which seem to be the thoughts of her followers). Seems like this cult is made up of scientists who injected something into her at birth and kept her on an IV while she was child. Also, it almost seems like in the womb she was surrounded by tree roots instead of the usual umbilical cord.
Seems they considered her holy because of her bones (0:56) which maybe is related to the wings she has near her ears since birth. Also seems they exposed her to horrible things (maybe other experimentation?) probably in effort to ensure she remained holy.
There is also the pristine white skeleton in their church—complete with a pure white heart. This may be the goddess’s mother or at least what the cult wish to see as her bones and heart. Before prayer they also put a white orchid in her hair, then sitting her on a pedestal with candles. I think this is the goddess’s first time in the church. She looks up and stares the Skelton on display and although you can’t see her entire face when they put the orchid in her hair (1:01) what you can see of the mouth and eyebrows seem to me like she’s confused. This is the last time we see her as a child so maybe they didn’t deem her healthy enough before this point.
The goddess eventually grows up and gains another pair of wings as she does so. Then the cult prepares for a ritual, tying an orchid around her ankle and putting in an orchid hair clip with the alchemical symbol for the Earth, also painting it on her forehead in red ink. A follower then knocks her out with an injection. The chant in the background (“Our Goddess to be laid in the Earth”) makes it seem like this was their intention all along—raise the goddess then kill her and lay her in the earth when the time was right.
Then her eyes open and for the first time in the video there’s color. There’s multiple images that flash on the screen and the one that stands out the most to me is the image of the skeleton in the church switching between white and red coloring.
When she regains her senses she sees a person (who I have seen referred to as Hydra, so that’s what I’ll call them) standing in the church after killing the scientist that had been about to kill her. There’s chanting in the background again begging for their goddess to guide them by blessing the earth, and we see tears appear in her eyes. She knew they planned to kill her and now she has a chance to leave, but she’s not sure if she should. Hydra kneels down and speaks with her (I’ve seen comments that say Hydra told her “your hair looks like moonlight”). When the goddess takes Hydra’s hands the chanting in the background says “Our Goddess the Sun lost between her ribs”, which may explain why they intended to kill her. To the end of the video there is no sun present—only the moon. So this cult believed that by killing the goddess at the correct time they could free the sun from her body, they probably saw her heart as the sun since that’s the only other part of the body besides bone that has attention drawn to it.
As she steps outside the church (probably for the first time in her life) you see an imagine of the headless skeleton behind her, the moon in place of the head. Maybe that’s what brought the cult to this point? They decapitated someone seen as divine and they were punished by having the sun taken out of the sky.
Near the end of the video there is a line that says the goddess has been bathed in blood and shows a red heart (4:38) then a shot of the Skelton in the church again, still white but now in red lighting due to the red moon outside. This could mean that even if someone were to kill the goddess at this point—the sun has been long lost and doing so would probably not bring it back. Assuming they get past Hydra, who seems to be very close if not lovers with the goddess now.
Thanks to anyone who read this far and thanks to Raf for this masterpiece.

Random thing I noticed: Cicely’s life up until her vision was black and white, signalling a monotonous and even depressing life…then Hydra came along.
