This is from the series Kings and Queens of England (2004), the presenter is Alan Ereira. There are six episodes, Normans, Middle Ages, Tudors, Stuarts, Georgians and Modern. If you are interested in the Normans, there is a series by Professor Robert Bartlett. Three part series is called The Normans. The three episodes are Men of the North, Conquest and Men of the South. The Normans were also busy elsewhere in the Mediterranean and the Balkans. And the 1st to 3rd crusades. Other Norman conquests are Italy, Sicily, Malta, Cyprus, Corfu, Principality of Antioch, and the Kingdom of Africa (Tunisia, and parts of Libya and Algeria).

This full video, the kings and queens of England, is what got me hooked on YouTube before that I couldn’t of cared less about YouTube. After that, I became addicted and trying to stop that add to constantly listening to historical YouTube. lol

Not one wasted second of filler in this baby, so efficient. btw “Barons” is often used as a catch-all for nobility of various titles and this classic vid illustrates this at 3:10 where the first “baron” they mention is the Earl of Pembrook

Edward the 5th not the 8th and marshal was with henry the 2nd not the 1st. How do you get that so wrong?

I've been joking about making a show called "Keeping up with Plantagenets 💅" for years now. It turns out there's already one made. I love these fucked up Norman drama queens 😂🏵

@ChronicleMedieval -- Note the comment made by @Mr.Higginbotham under this video in which he approves of the king stealing from the Jews in England, then murdering hundreds of them then expelling the entire population of Jews. If you're a historian then you know what that means, right?

Too much drama. ......I would rather go watch Lord Of The Rings. It's time to oust all these claimants to royalty, they are all party animals, nothing more.😐

Yep, moneychangers get what they deserve in the end and the people cried for a king... so they got what they asked for. Shalom
