Im really scared when I touch door handles, as I always think I’ve touched a nerve agent, which basically shuts your body completely down, and makes you die. I hate having hypochondria. It’s not fun at all.

Peace. Thanks for sharing. Not a lot of people are willing to be this open. You should definitely try meditation. I've had my fair share of fucked up thoughts mainly in my early 20's. Currently 27 and started meditating when I was around 22. Of course it won't magically get rid of the thoughts, but definitely have them less often. Works wonders really

as a person with a chronic illness I 100% feel you with this - I am constantly looking up my symptoms thinking I’m coming down with something that will affect my current illness or that I’m developing a new one - I think it’s even more ironic because I felt anxious so I started making cookies and watching this video lmaooo - always sending positive thoughts your way homeslice ✌🏼

Heyyyyyy I relate to this a lot believe it or not!!! It’s why I’ve become obsessed with health and wellness and lifestyle creation. I still pick myself apart and wonder what’s going on with me internally when my face breaks out, or when I get hella sad for no apparent reason. Practicing self love and affirmations helps a lot! Thanks for sharing Kelsie, love youuuuuuu

After thinking about it, I decided to edit my comment. Medical journals are a more appropriate source than WebMD, but it’s the worrying you’re working on with your therapist, and that only you can really fathom. Thank you for courageously sharing this. It’s pretty a huge thing, and if you hadn’t said anything about it I wouldn’t have known it because you look normally healthy. The good food must be working :)

For me it hit me like a train. It was after covid was going around and then I started getting massive anxiety attacks. Now I examine my body every fucking day and if something is off I’m at the fuckin doctors office. I don’t know what to do anymore

HEY I LOVE YOU THIS IS GREAT THANK YOU!! For real though this is an area that's not talked about a whole lot so this really great. I think everyone can relate or will one day have their own hypochondriac tendencies so yeah this is great. Anyway yeah I also just think it's really cool your opening up a bit to your followers like me and you're just so amazing. I'M SO PROUD OF YOU
