I suffer from depression, Dissotiative Identity Disorder, Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder possibly, ADHD, tinnitus, social anxiety disorder, and all that unfun fun stuff, thus causing me to have a hard time sleeping at night. I cant thank you enough for the sleep ive gotten since the discovery of your channel. I dont think i would have gotten the sleep without it. I cant wait for the day where i can just listen to this and not use it just for sleep. Depression is a mind boggling thing to grasp for some people, and if you do know someone who suffers, care for them as much as possible, even if its something simple. You have no idea how large that small thing could do for them.

NO matter who are you : if you read this, then I love you very much, you are a super valuable, beautiful being and you are capable of doing everything you set your mind to😊. We are never perfect in life and we all have flaws, we will fall, we will have heart brake and even loneliness but it's the fact that we can get back up, we put ourselves together as best as we can and move forward even tho it's hard to do it at times.
