This version of this song is the only thing that I've ever found that takes me back to my mother's womb back when she called me from the nothingness into existence and for a while we were briefly one. It takes me through our entire journey together and to the point when she was pulled into the nothingness. Now she is nestled inside of me. We are the place where we both find peace and I hope I protect her memory as fiercely as she protected me when she was my home. Thank you for giving me this feeling. I miss her more than I miss anyone else I've lost. Thank you for making me feel connected to this planet again.

This song kinda reminds me of the character arc of a character from my favorite manga. Character in question is Norman from The Promised Neverland.
Okay, you probably think I'm insane (if anyone's read that)
Just like... specifically after chapter 119. He's become such a different character, it's so weird. But if you think about it, a lot of these lyrics remind me of it.
The lyric that stuck out to me most was "I'm alive, but it wasn't the same as before."
SEASON 2/MANGA SPOILERS
Reasoning:
After chapter 30 (manga)/episode 10 (anime), you'd think he died. Anyone would, he got shipped out. But he didn't, which you learn in chapter 119/season 2 episode 6. But, you later learn that he's got a LOT of character development.
His personality's similar, but he's become a pretty disrespectful character and he just doesn't listen to anyone else, not even Emma and Ray.
NOW THIS IS MANGA SPOILERS
He's become a really problematic character. He lied to Emma and Ray, telling them he wouldn't kill all of the demons if they actually made the promise. When Emma and Ray came back from the Seven Walls, he already began that.
So, he's alive, but he's not the same. That's also my crazy head overthinking things, and I could choose different lyrics and different events and relate them. Again, this is probably stupid to most people.
