Feel bad to those who never experienced the life of 2000 - 2017. Those years are the best

The best part about good music is that no matter how old it gets, it never gets old...

honestly, there's no way you didn't fake being asleep in the backseat of your car so your parents carried you upstairs. all of us did this at least once

Anyone who is still in middle/high school please make the most of the moment youโ€™re in now, cherish your friends because once you graduate people move on and drift apart, you make new friends and experience new things and will look back and wish you hadnโ€™t taken your childhood for granted. Adulthood is new and challenging, but exciting too. Youโ€™ll look back and wish you were in the good old days with less responsibility, living carefree :โ€™)

pov: you're on the way to a relative's house in a diffrent state. its 12:46 am, your mom is asleep in the front seat, your dad is vibing to music on his own, while you in the backseat, are squished in the middle seat with your head on your older brothers shoulder while he sleeps his head on the window. your younger sister lays on your lap, and both of your siblings are sound asleep. you and your father are the only ones awake. you lightly close your eyes and focus on the music going through your ears, and you tiredly hum to yourself to the music, slowly falling asleep. your eyes start getting heavier, and you just focus on the music. your eyes get heavier and your fall asleep. the last thing you felt before you fell asleep was about how great the future was gonna be, and humming to the music.

I can't express how much I regret not living my childhood to the fullest, only know I realise how much friends, memories, and nostalgia I was creating. I would give anything to re live my life just to experience those days.

Not only do I miss my childhood, the years where everything was perfect, but when COVID hit, that feeling of wanting to go back was even more strong and I would give everything to even just go back to before COVID.

POV: your in the car , coming home from a restaurant after having a dinner with your family. The music is low with your parents softly talking as you sit in the back half asleep, peaceful as the only thing you worried about is how to fake sleep so your dad can carry you in and put you to bed without being caught. ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ’– Please tell me I wasn't the only one with this childhood <3

Youโ€™d be lying if you said you never pretended to be asleep just so your parents would carry you into the house. You thought you were so sneaky and smart but now when you think about it, they probably always knew you were faking. That knowing glance matched with a grin they would give. And sometimes they would tickle you and you would start laughing uncontrollably. Youโ€™d be a little upset that you were given away, but that anger would wash away in a moment. Edit: Oh gee I have 1,000 likes wow thatโ€™s cool thanks Edit 2: oh my goodness now 1.2k itโ€™s only been two days thanks so much

I missed those old days, when we were young and little. 2012 - No phone until middle school - Making friends in neighborhood - playing families in friends squad - no shipping if you were playing with girl/boy - everything were so much easier - no depression, no anxiety - school wasn't hard - had friends -nobody was judgmental - I didn't care what others thought - I didn't have to resort to my computer for happiness - could just be myself - time was slow - I wasn't struggling in school - I wasn't stressed - wanted to grow up 2021 -I wanna back in these old days:( Hi, I'm Emily in 2022. I'm 14. Missing those old good days is nostalgia, if you reading this I just wanna say that what you will do in the future, that will be amazing and remembing those 2020-2021 year you'll cry
