It's less simple that a "the floor is the floor" kind of statement, when you think about it. Untouchable normally doesn't refer to intangibility as much as it does being invincible. And when you look at it from that angle the line is more about how the singer can no longer be vulnerable and make connections rather than a repetitive statement
