I am diabetic and the bottom of my feet are somewhat numb/stiff between the toes and the arch.. not painful, but occasional minor shooting pains, not really bad but could be... Three days ago serious pain in one foot as in I could not walk and started calling someone to cut my grass...for the past 2 days I have (with headphones )listened to this (total about 2 hours) and today I cut the grass... serious pain 95% G O N E ....gone. .... My hand was destroyed by my mother 50 yrs ago.I had so many things that I wanted to do. Typing, playing piano, cutting hair,massage for people, even putting on my own bra or braiding my own hair.
