Yes.
Go to 5.0 V8 engines and go to unlimited horsepower except at Daytona and at Talladega.
Would still have to be restricted somewhat at those 2 tracks.

PUT THE HORSEPOWER BACK IN THE CARS. at least bump them up, I'm done with everyone saying it. Now I want to know WHY NASCAR is so hesitant. Its suspicious they aren't even testing it.

I like the excuse "you can't just turn it on". While that may be true it would take very little to get back to high hp. It isnt like we didnt have higher hp years ago.
