He is musically blessed, intelligently self aware, and overly empathetic. The more you go down the rabbit hole, the more his genius comes out. ❤️

Most underrated thing about this song is the acting. Everyone notices the laugh, but his entire personality through the song is such a good suave devil/demon style, it is so amazing, and he does so many simple things to make it better, like he lets his face freeze with the emotionless grin just a little after the song ends before it cuts.

in order, watch Bo's 'What' , then 'Make Happy' and then 'Inside'. when you watch Inside, it kinda connects to the other specials in a way that will both hurt you and blow your mind. i hope you enjoy it

At the start Cliff: "He's right, you can find anything on the internet" At the end Cliff: "....Shit, it really is everything on the internet."

Bo Burnham deserves to be the next Joker. He's got the laugh down pat, he's got the social commentary, he's worn clown makeup before.

You gotta love the fact that as the song goes on the tone of the internet gets more and more sinister to the point when he says "it was always the plan to put the world in your hands" followed by sinister, almost maniacal, laughter.

Watching people discover Bo Burnham is quickly becoming my favorite Youtube content.

I love that you backtrack 5 seconds anytime you unpause so that you don’t ruin continuity. React videos that pause and just recontinue grind my gears because they miss stuff! Edit:typos

He is so talented. It's a curse to have a mind like his. I am grateful for his output. I mourn what it costs him.

Bo started as a YouTuber in his room when he was a teenager. His stuff can be kind of controversial, but it's all designed to make you think. Best way to go into his material is to not take anything at face value. I really recommend his Kanye rant, Left brain right brain, What's funny, Lower your expectations, and Haikus/Sonnet/Shakespeare

I suggest Bo Burnham - Art is Dead or Bo Burnham - From God's Perspective I have been watching Bo since he was a 17 year old kid on YouTube and love everything he does.

I'll never forget how crazy the entire Inside special was. This song in particular was just a breathtaking commentary on our entire culture. What we believe in, what we accept, what we tolerate. A literal wizard of social commentary and probably the most exceptional comedian of all time.

He started at 16 on YouTube! He grew up, grew famous by his online presence. Gifted, intelligent, introspective, and a VERY clever wordsmith. If you watch his shows in order, you will see the progression. Some of it will break your heart as you realize how much you find your own experiences mirroring his; not the specific experience per se as much as relating to his reaction to and subsequent artisic expression of his performance as he progresses through the work. And while he took a break from performing, he directed a special for Chris Rock and another comedian, created a series for MTV, wrote, cast, and directed a movie. THEN there was INSIDE, during which he turned 30. THIRTY, man. Cliff, I am twice his age. My SON turned me onto his work - and even in the teenage-male-offensive earlier stuff you can still see where he was heading, and how it all ended up where is is now, and why the trajectory of his work, even after having spent half his life entertaining us, is still just climbing. He is changing the conversations by showing us, with his own raw vulnerabilities, that we need to find a way to deal with our own. He lets us know that he gets us bc in many ways he IS a reflection of us. He even says that maybe one day it'll be him on the couch and us on his screen...and I personally cannot wait to see if, and how, people will respond to his request. (Just discovered you this week. Subbed, liked, gonna go explore your channel now.)

I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say he is one of the most unique artists we’ll ever come across in our lifetime. And I do use the term artist and not comedian because I feel like that limits him

As a mentally ill person, I was scared to watch this special because I heard how impactful it is. So, it's been nice watching these reactions with you! Thank you for giving me some pseudo bravery. If you'd like to watch one of his older specials "From God's Perspective" was phenomenal

He is incredible. I was watching him fall apart years ago. His last special was traumatic for anyone who could see through his veneer. It is called Make Happy and it is hilarious, but watch closely and you will see the moment when he couldn't hide it anymore. He got very popular very fast and very young.

Yeah, this song's lyics have some speed bumps. That's intentional, because that's the internet at its core. A lot of people REALLY underestimate words like 'everything' when it comes to statements like this song.

"Could I interest you in everything, all of the time? A little bit of everything, all of the time? Apathy's a tragedy and boredom is a crime; anything and everything, all of the time!" This line is actual genius, I've never heard the internet summed up so well in so few words.
