Great build, Chris! Really like it...
But why would you want two doors in the van? Doesn't that take away a lot of the storage space on the left side of the van? Also, I would personally not put in a window towards the front of the vehicle. Even if you get a good window, it is very likely to leak over time, especially if you live in an area, where you are driving through stronger rain frequently.

As a lot of people said. One door would be more beneficial in terms of extra storage and such. Personally, I would go with a large single door at the back. Easier to get things in and out. Heck, if you make it fold down (double hinged, one regular door, one fold down), you could use it as a table.
Either way, it's your build. You do you. Love the videos.

Awesome job guys , just a small suggestion is a rain gutter on the over-cab area will save you getting really wet when you exit the cab and donβt make the mistake I made with windows in the front area of the over cab the highway wind pressure makes the windows leak over time speaking from experience π¬π€ͺπ€¦πΌββοΈ

I have to question the dual door idea, in a setup like this space is key. Having a door on both sides seems good in theory, but in practice having the extra counter or storage space will most likely be more practical more often in the long run. At least in my opinion. It still seems like a super neat build though!

We insulated with:
* adhesive-back acoustic against the outside wall, a gap, then
* one-inch pink-board, another air-gap, then
* two-inch foil-side poly.
Two decades full-time live-aboard, we boondock exclusively.

I love EVERYTHING you're doing on this build, looks amazing! A few things to keep in mind about the front windows are most new campers no longer have them for a few reasons, one is that there is chance a rock will break them out on the road, another is they are not really necessary, I keep my curtains closed all the time and would rather not have it at all. The side windows are pleanty. I personally have condensation issues, and it's just another place to have to wipe down every morning. That being said, I've driven mine 10k in the years I've owned it, and it hasn't got hit by a rock yet, and probably hasn't since 1974! π€
