Love how Brian doesn't care that his guitar is a touch out of tune 😎

One of my Dad's favourites. Used to love listening to this with him. Thanks for the memories Brian.

It always amazes me that such a thoughtful, quiet and reserved gentleman was part of one of the loudest, most outrageous rock bands of all time. I know we (mostly) mellow as we age, but it strikes me that he was, at heart, like this back then too.

RIp Hilton. Great player. Seems like yesterday when I was listening to the Animals on 45’s on my Dad’s Garrard turntable! Great Band, great era!

Rough is a brilliant description of the impact of Hilton's riff. This song will literally live until the end of time. It's roughness is what reached into your soul via your ears and gave it it's immortality. You did not just hear this song,...... You felt it. Way to go Brian, you nailed the soul of this masterful piece of music. Rest in peace Hilton, Dave and Chaz. Your music and talent is forever burned into our collective minds, hearts and souls.

I remember being on holiday summer 1964 , at Butlins in Bognor. "House of the Rising Sun" was THEE BIG RECORD , even at just 7 yes of age I knew this was something very special. I love it now just as much as I did then. R.I.P Hilton Valentine ⚘

Brian, we the 60 and 70's kids remember this song well, very popular on the radio stations back then and a classic now, the Animals were an awesome band, like classic QUEEN, thanks for that heartfelt tribute, very sweet of you 👏👏👏, I was a toddler when this song was released
