My son's wife committed suicide on January 24 leaving behind a beautiful 18-month old little girl. I heard this song for the first time on the way to her funeral, "Don't forget me" is so haunting, but we won't forget you. Your little girl, now 2, sees your photo and hugs it. My son saved some of her mommy's clothes for her when she gets older. We're all surrounding my granddaughter with as much love as we can, but...I can't get over what her last thoughts were before she took her life. Mental Health and death by suicide is the same as any other terminal illness. Without treatment it will take you. When it gets that low, just get through the next minute and minute after that. Then 10 minutes enough time to back the desire live on. Then call for help and accept it. If you had a broken arm, you'd put it in a cast and get some pain relief. "Love someone until they love themselves again." Thank you Lana for this song, It comes with great pain, but I hope healing pain. Shyla, I'm praying for your peace. Your daughter will know you.
