For someone who is mature with world of experience. I am glad I listened to it. However, would not recommend it to anyone without life experience. It could lead you down a rabbit hole or negativity. And you will question every single decision in your life to a point you will Die as an unhappy person. Has few good anecdotes to think about. But, most are one sided and can be easily counter argued.
