Itās so strange how in just one day and the start of the cold seasons, my mood completely changes and I revert back to my depressive state again. It honestly feels like a switch has been pushed. Iād love to see a gp/therapist to try and help but Iām still not that confident yet- a big thanks to the family and friends that help me through this ā¤ļø

Behind accurate. I donāt know who else needs to hear this message but I just want to say that we will get thru this together. Taking time for yourself is valid. Cry it out. Write it out. Just a reminder that life moves in cycles. When youāre going thru a rough time (especially this season), that signifies that better days are ahead. If you canāt do everything on your checklist itās okay. Donāt beat yourself up about it.

I think the most challenging thing for me is that my SAD isn't a 24/7 thing, but it's just always lingering in the background waiting to catch me off guard in a moment where I'm not happy and then it just consumes me for a couple hours before backing off again and then it just repeats like every three days.
