Accidental recipes that I keep coming back to are:
-Cacao, rose powder, rose buds, white sage for intimate space with yourself
-Cacao, cinnamon, cardamon seeds for mood booster for the day
-Cacao, lavender, blue lotus, and lotus leaves for anxiety relief
Here in the Philippines we call it Sikwate or Tsokolate.

Thank you Elsa for turning me on to Firefly. I love it even more than my coffee, which I did not think was possible. My husband and I own a vineyard so I have been drinking first thing in the morning, walking the rows in the fog it is a wondeful way to start my day. I drink mine with unsweetened cashew milk. Keep up the good work I love how you, Barron and Kamp live your lives. Thank you for sharing with us.

I just discovered you two this past month, and am SO grateful! You two are a voice of reason when the rest of the modern world seems to be heading deeper into chaos. FWIW I am a teacher of meditation and also a (trained) energy healer, so LOVING your well informing narration of ingredients and their properties, and the rituals - reminds me about the power that organizes when you practice. Looking forward to your next adventure! Peace & Light, Jackie

Love this so much! This video is so beautifully created and you explained everything very well!
I recently started working with cacao myself and wow what a change itās created for me emotionally and spiritually. Itās amazing how you can feel her spirit as you sit with her.
Thank you for sharing sisterššš½

I reached out to Firefly earlier this Fall to see if there was anything I could do to help support their cause. I really resonate with cacao, as a person who has worked with several types of plant medicines. I feel cacao is the easiest, most approachable for people with no experience. The people at FF are amazing. From the beginning I've taken no money from FF for the work I've done for them (I've done a good bit of photography work) and I still take no money for the affiliate money I "make". I take only cacao as payment and gift it to friends in my life who enjoy cacao as well. This video was meant to promote GOOD and if cacao does not interest you, I hope you feel relaxed and calm after watching at the very least! <3
