Best eye glasses are those that are extremely comfortable to wear, durable, lightweight and not to big or small. The nose pads should be integrated on the frame so that you don't have to fiddle around with adjustment or screws. And an added advantage is that dirt can't get in those small spaces behind the nose pads. Makes it easy to clean if the entire frame is made of single piece of durable flexible plastic or acetate. They should be light weight and unbreakable. And they should not cause blind spots with huge rims. Also, the ear rests should not extend too far behind your ears (if they do, you've bought larger frame than needed). It also would obstruct wearing of over the ear headphones. If any glasses satisfy these conditions, they're good. Shape is really not a concern. I personally buy only if the frames satisfy these criteria. Not everyone is as objective. But eye glasses are something that are worn almost 16 hours a day. So comfort, durability and ease of use are the primary factors.

My nosebone is low I have short hair. But maybe I am hartshape but I do have broad chin but kind of braod cheekbone but extended, I do think the possition of the eye in the glass and eyebrown should be considered as well. I got green eyes 👀 and very marked eyebrowns (trimed). Its not easy.

The COST to manufacture these frames including a lens with a Plastic Injection Moulding process is not more than 10 INR but they are investing in Marketing to present the frame as a Lifestyle product and selling for 3000+ INR.
Here in this video target audience is MEN and the influencer( which encourages to buy frames) is a GIRL presented as a styler.
