Hawks in the open sky was never an issue for me. It was the falcon. But when the birds were on the that's when the hawks did the most damage ambushing the pigeons.

Hi Andrei to many hawks together will fight each other but in a good way its easier for the pigeons to stay safe. They must be pretty well in the moult as you can hear the noise as they fly. Stay safe.

You had 3 hawks in the air at one time? I wouldn't worry about your pigeons. Hawks are a little bit like politicians in that they will start arguing among themselves where as the pigeons just get some exercise.
