I admire any drummer who has the courage to get up and attempt a Neil Peart drum part. It's pointless to say "he's not at good as the Professor" because no-one is, or ever will be. But Grohl did a great job and it is sublime to see Alex and Geddy playing.

First the South Park Anniversary Show. Now this. These guys are starting to pop all over. Good for them. Neil would've wanted them to keep playing.

I am glad to see that Geddy and Alex are not just sitting at the retirement home wasting away. I saw a tribute to South Park where they came out and played with Primus and Matt Stone. That was fun to watch.

This works for me! Keep Geddy and Alex on the stage doing these concerts with bands who appreciate the Rush legacy!

Wow, Dave brought a new dynamic to Rush. With Neal being so articulate you'd think that Grohl would have incorporated that. But no, he played like himself and I love that so much!

Put this in perspective. This tribute was just for one man. Just one drummer. One drummer out of a million of bands. It shows the love and connection we have to music. And when one person goes, we all feel it. We all gather in the heartache when a life is lost. I still cry over Chris Cornell. Elvis. Chester. Kurt. Layne. And the list goes on. This was beautiful, but I’ll never get over it. Until then, Rest In Peace Taylor, and may you find comfort where you’re at. #everlong

Great to hear Geddy & Alex here kickin' ass ....I remember as a 16 yr old seeing Rush at The Hammersmith Odeon in May 1979 on the Tour of The Hemispheres ....I was a night I NEVER FORGOT.....I still have the tour program right next to me here in the computer room.....lol ....David did great here & is a superb drummer but I don't think even David came up to NEIL ........NEIL was just IMPOSSIBLY BRILLIANT. 😳😳😳😳😯😯😯 He would leave me gasping. Seriously.

Bawling my eyes out. Very poignant. Both have lost their drummers.

It made sense having Dave on Drums because they are all grieving for lost friends and lost drummers.

Rock on Dave! I like to think Neil is in another dimension looking in, drinking The Macallan and smiling.
