Betrayal in the workplace is all too common. This is one of the reasons I donât make any friends at work. Loyalty means nothing in many workplaces because everyone is just looking out for themselves. Narcissists will always betray you. Because theyâre envious of what you have. Their happiness is not like yours, so they want to keep you down, so that they can feel better about themselves.
