I mean if you look at the percentage of the world population that speak Spanish as their primary language you find out how untapped that area is by major orgs for Vtubers. Like it's A LOT. Granted there's also likely some socio-economic things at work since by and large a lot of South Americans tend to not be in the "rich enough to buy someone a car" bracket compared to a lot of North Americans.
I fall into the "Can't buy myself a car" category so I'm not likely to be throwing money at anyone anytime soon.

It's honestly kinda weird that none of the big vtuber agencies seem to have the spanish-speaking world on their radar. Like, you'd think there was more done in this regard, considering sheer population and weebery of those areas, but so far nothing has materialized. Just as an example, I don't speak much of the language myself, but even I could see the genuine excitement from people when Hakka spoke Spanish at the start of his debut.
