Here’s a 1 hour workout in case anyone needs it!
warm up:
- stretches
- 100 jumping jacks
x4 sets:
1. 25 burpees
2. 25 bicycle crunches
3. 30 sec plank
4. 45 sec glute bridge
5. plank crawl for an entire song (3 mins)
6. 25 Russian twists
7. 25 plank up downs
8. 25 leg raises
9. 25 crunches
10. 2 min break in between sets
(I’ll update my progress, and I’ll be doing this 5 times a week!)
Day 1: ✅ sweated a lot but it was worth it!
Day 2: ✅ it was a lot easier today, still a challenge ofc :)
Day 3: ✅ finished it in 40 minutes, my arms and abs were pretty sore today but it got better as I kept doing the workout :)
Day 4: ❌ took a break today :)
Day 5: ✅ this took me awhile since a felt unmotivated but i did it <3
YALLI FORGOT TO UPDATE SORRYY 😭😭 BUT I DID IT ONE MORE TIME ON DAY 7! I LOST ABOUT A KILOGRAM AND 1/2 INCHES OFF MY WAIST, AND I DIDNT FOLLOW ANY DIETS :D i might update again in the future but idk if i have time for this anymore since school started 🫠
