These are fantastic! I wish to remind everyone that while the tech can help us develop good habits, ultimately what is beneficial are the good habits. Every single one of us can greatly improve society by fostering altruism a little bit everyday or every week. 1. Advocate altruism 2. Organize it with Free Collaboration Networks that meet people's needs and 3. Teach others to do this.
Us who know that helping others is good need to wake up and realize that MOST people and MOST of society still don't know that helping others is good, despite how obvious that is to us. We are all stuck in the dog eat dog system and therefore helping others is not beneficial to our competitiveness.
Another thing most people don't realize is that helping others means MEETING THEIR NEEDS, physical, emotional, psychological and social.
Once most people understand these two things society improves at an accelerating rate.
We got this!

Maybe people should ask whether they want platforms such as Facebook or Twitter to support the "survival" instincts and materialism...or the spiritual, creative, and philosophical values, like arts, music, travel, and sports, when it's not about quantity but quality.
When you travel you don't desire quantity but the quality of experience.
As the people who do mediation say...There is no bad mediation. it's about wholeness and connection it's not about quantity and perfection.
They say When you feel whole you don't want anything, How can you want anything if you feel whole.
Therefore we need something from nature, music, arts, creativity, philosophies, and old ways that work, combined with some new ways.
