1. get your water bottle (and make sure you drink plenty of water
2. make ur bed cozy and ready for you to have a nice sleep in
3. open the curtains and blinds when your about to sleep (only if you want an aesthetic sleep)
4. get a playlist on your device you like

Has anyone just looked into a mirror and just wonder off into another world? Well this music says it all, it brings you into a world of dance.
- Listen to this music while cleaning ( mop REQUIRED ) and lock the door of the room you're in and then you can dance with your mop like its a stage! ;) Don't let anyone see you though!
- Listen while studying as if you are a person who can still concentrate with music or disturbance the, this is perfect! It will help you stay motivated but, don't forget to take rest time-to-time!
- Do not listen before / while sleeping, as sleeping after a quite time then that is perfect as your ears wont ring. If you watch something from straight screen then, do not use it because it can effect your eyes while sleeping and can cause red / sore eyes in the morning.
- Listen while on the road ( driving ), it helps you remove the stress of driving any vehicle. It will turn from a stressful drive to a fun music drive. Just make sure you don't get too distracted or else you might loose your balance.
- Listen to this as morning vibe music as it makes you want to dance and it can stable your health with atleast ten minutes of exercise / dancing as your blood circulation is well and stable. Don't forget to dance your style and don't wake up anyone if you're a morning bird.
- Listen while going outdoors or exercising as it can boost your mood up and it will re-fresh you. Just don't forget your water bottle and a little snack as you don't want to be thirsty or starve after sweating those fat off. ( Fat mean by the fat everyone has )
- Do not listen while in class, it can really distract you from what your professor / teacher is teaching you and you'll get good grades and result if you listen.
