"I never meant to be bad or - unwell- ." This line. This apology for not always being able to control it mentally, emotionally, is legendary. I think I've said it to everyone I know with more words and less clarity. Lana's bravery gives me strength. I've had therapy and psychiatrists and I work hard and I've never meant to be unwell those times to anyone and those memories never go away. Thank you for writing this.
