Hey, I thought I should share my problem. I have a masterbation addiction I want to overcome, I always feel guilt and shame. I mostly only do it when Iβm sad and feel insecure.Iβve tried deleting social media, isolating myself and listening to other people with the same problem and I last about 2 weeks strong and then go back to the same problem. So now Iβm trying your meditation, this my first night and I hope it helps. If someone like me with the same problem is reading this, donβt worry stay strong and share with me your story:)
