I literally can’t wait for this music video to come up! ‼️5 years of my life gone by with getting abused and controlled and almost got married and so on. Being kicked out at 17 because my mom didn’t want to see him kill me! He made me feel horrible, he made me think it was all my fault, he hurt me and destroyed me! I can relate to this song in so many ways. I just got divorced from a guy who I’ve been with for over 30 years. I was forced to move to another island where we had nothing for 3 months. We finally got a septic tank and solar. Got a fridge too but still looking for transportation to get water and take trash and get a P.O. Box. Still need a ton of things but so much happier now that I’m free. It was scary but I see how controlled I was. My faith gets us through the tough times.
