I really enjoy your Pilates classes and especially those that use the ball and weights. They give me a good challenge. I would love to see more of those.

I have to say, your voice makes me follow. It just calms my nervous system, or seems to, no matter what I'm doing and I need that with all the health issues. Some of these I'm saving till more able ( I got cleared for physical therapy this week and workouts I feel able to do). Anyway, I did one of your 50/50 ones last night, with a spiritual focus and I adored it. I'd love to see more of those!!

Whoooooo, I LOVED this class. I wish I could 'like' it ten times over. 3 mins in and I'm already doing new moves I haven't done before, it was so great.
I'll be doing this one again and again, I'll level up with the ankle weights for the leg series too.
Quick Q: exactly where should the ball be behind my back for the first core series ?
