I'm a Spanish native speaker and speak English as well. It's interesting to see how English is very similar to German in some aspects but this is very simiar to say in Spanish "Nos apresuramos" or "yo me concentro mucho". So at least, knowing Spanish helps to understand several aspects of German too.

This has been very helpful, thank you! I found that German and Spanish share similar grammatical rules concerning reflexive verbs, altough, as well as in english, some reflexive verbs in german are not reflexive in spanish and that is yet a little confussing to me.

This helps a lot. I can actually translate "mich" and similar verbs in Croatian (my mother tongue) normally unlike in English so I basically understand how it works. There are some similarities between German and Croatian even though German and English are more similar.

It is amazing! Spanish is my mother language and it helps a lot, all reflexive verbs in the video are also reflexive in Spanish for what I saw. Also, in spanish you have "cambiarse = sich umziehen" but if you just say "cambiar", it means you change of personality
