3 definitely went to a salon, any hairdresser can see that and know that you don't go from that dark blonde to white/grey blonde with just toner, I wish ppl wouldn't lie like that. I am 70% sure that 2 went to a salon as well.

One thing I learned the hard way is never to bleach my own hair, because it is really hard to see what your doing and you canāt do it as quickly as you need too!
