He didn't simply apologize, he addressed his feelings to the people in the audience he feels safest with; his fans. I hear what he's saying and can empathize with feeling rushed to respond due to pressure from others. I can also see why many people think this was the mistake on Cole's part but from his perspective, the mistake was dissing Kendrick when that's just simply not his style. Really respect this at the end of the day.
