I do love that Itoi wanted to have all sorts of characters who don't usually show up in games get their time in the spotlight in Mother 3... without necessarily trying to be pushy about any sort of message. Another game might spell it out to you that being mean to them for being different is wrong.
But in Mother 3 they just sort of chill with everyone else. Their differences are acknowledged, but nobody makes a big deal out of them or rejects the character because of them. I think that's the best way to deal with prejudice. Acknowledge the differences, but treat them as irrelevant. Treat them the same as any other irrelevant difference.

Between the scripting, the voiceover and the editing this series has such a homely vibe that you don't find all too often
It really fits the style of MOTHER especially (I say as someone who is practically being introduced to these games via this series)

the one downside to these posts/videos is that the closer we get to the infamous reveal, the more it puts me on edge. it's much easier to ignore what happened at that cliff when you're not playing the game frog-by-frog, so the anticipation is tearing me apart! I eagerly (and fearfully) await the next video...

Heck yah, Boney in Action! I love your perspective on Mother 3. The Boney scene is pure hype. I love transferring my in real life dogs from throughout my life onto the dogs from this series.
