I could not agree more with your opinion of Toni's new gimmick. It's hilarious and fresh. Her problem has always been that she had no gimmick and was boring for it (in my opinion of course). But sometimes a great gimmick performed well can save someone's career. I can't wait to see more of her like this.

Saraya obviously cannot work anymore, and I don't mean she lost her skills. Which, she kind of did to be completely honest...
But I believe Tony Khan knows that Saraya can't wrestle due to her neck, but allows her to go out anyway. Watching Sarayas limited in ring matches so far, she looks scared. Like she's afraid to take hard bumps, and it seriously dampens the in ring action. Not to mention that Saraya has looked a step behind everytime she was in the ring. She just needs to get that in ring confidence back and continue to work the higher calibre AEW talents so she can improve as well. Paige was never really revolutionary in ring, she was great for her time, but in the years she was benched, the woman have gotten so much better.
Ruby has become Tony Khans go to job woman, and it's seriously sad to see. She's obviously the ring general whenever she's in the ring, her matches with Skye Blue really showed that Ruby was leading as well as her matches with Willow. Her matches with Willow were pretty damn good, and Ruby Soho is damn good. But it's the FTR effect. FTR were so damn good, after their initial Tag Title win, Tony booked them to lose for a good few months. And these are the talents that suffer because of their talent because the bookers KNOW how good they are and know they can get their heat back. Ruby will probably get a title win soon, within the next year or year and a half. But I think the fans have seen her lose so much that they just know that's Ruby's role now. So whenever Ruby gets a title run, she'll probably be a transitional champ, holding it for maybe 4-6 months.
Now Toni Storm, God damn. Blonde bombshell and she's got Sarayas charisma with Ruby's in ring talent. She's just a star and someone that you can make the face of a division.
Tony Khan just needs to learn how to book the woman's division, since Omega isn't booking anymore, this is all on Tony. This group could have been something, but this is the difference when someone who views wrestling as a business versus someone who books the best match because they want to see it.
And don't get me wrong, I love watching great matches, but without a reason for those matches to happen that will have you invested in that match, it's just wrestling for wrestling sake. And wrestling for wrestling sake ends up being forgettable

I love The Outcasts, they're the main reason I watch AEW (and yes part of that reason is because I used to watch them in WWE every week), but there's two things I don't like about them as of last week at Grand Slam.
#1 Athena isn't apart of the group. I think she would make a great addition seeing how she's another indie darling that wrestled in WWE before coming to AEW, and seeing how she's ROH Women's Champion having her apart of The Outcast would put more eyes on ROH.
#2 They're rushing the split. What should have happened at All In was Saraya trying to blind Britt Baker or Hikaru Shida with the spray who moves out of the way and Toni Storm accidentally gets hit instead. Toni Storm rolls to the outside, the three women would continue to fight for a bit until either Shida or Baker knocks down the other and Saraya pins whoever left standing. Then at All Out, Saraya & Toni Storm accidentally cause Ruby Soho the title against Kris Statlander because Storm doesn't want Saraya to accidentally spray Soho, and for that reason she cost Toni Storm the chance to face Saraya for the title at Grand Slam. Ideally Ruby Soho should be the first one whose exiled because Toni Storm & Saraya started The Outcast, also it would make more sense if she turned on them because they've always cost her an opportunity at being champion in AEW and a good place for that turn is at the next Ring of Honor PPV. She could be the number one contender to Athena's title and Athena can act like they're both friends but then turn on her with the help of Saraya and Toni Storm who could lie and say they don't want the pressure of being a champion to go to Ruby's head but then after Ruby Soho attacks them say "the truth is we don't mind if Ruby Soho becomes champion, but wedo mind if she does at our expense... the only way you'll ever be champion Ruby, is if we say it's okay..." then the trio continue to feud and have two matches. The first is a handicap match that Toni Storm is about to win for them but Saraya blindly tags herself in and pushes Toni Storm out of the ring after Storm Zero so she can pin Ruby Soho herself and retain the title. The second match is a triple threat match that Ruby Soho wins and becomes the new AEW Women's Champion after Toni Storm purposely blinds Saraya with the spray and Ruby Soho takes advantage by rolling up Toni Storm. Ruby Soho then defeats Saraya in a one on one match to retain the title, Saraya & Toni Storm have a match at the next Big 5 PPV (which Ruby Soho could be the guest referee), and latter that night the Ruby Soho successfully retains against Athena, and from their Ruby Soho could defend her titles against AEW homegrowns Skye Blue, Hikaru Shida, Britt Baker, and Kris Statlander before losing the title; Saraya & Toni Storm could continue theie feud and turn it into a trilogy; and Athena could have a lengthy reign as TBS Champion, or if AEW were brave enough she could hold one of the mens midcard titles including ROH World TV Championship.

"Tony Khan can't book a Womans Division" Just this storyline showed how true that statement is. Unfortunetly, very, very true...
