5:01 - It's worthy to note that the Elite jumpscare in Pillar of Autumn only occurs on the easy and normal difficulties. Seems like Bungie very intentionally wanted to troll younger players.

Aside from the weird faces, I think the most eye-catchingly "off" thing about the Reclaimer Saga elites was the decision to make them sleeveless. Even with the abnormal bulk, it always felt like the arm armor was a glaringly missing piece, so it was great to see it return in Infinite. Hope that if/when Arbiter gets the spotlight again they can return it to something more like H2A.

24:20 A correction: Jul never believed what he spoke. He was pulling a Palpatine and was actually pulling some strings on Halsey (he's the one who's talking to her on Infinity) in addition to riling up a Sangheili Jihad as revenge for his dead wife. It's actually a really interesting and sad story, Jul is by no means a good guy but understanding his evil was cool IMO
Then Locke happened.

What I love about the elites across all halo games (except for halo 4 and 5) is that:
Halo CE: because of their smart AI's that are, lean, fast, agile, aggressive, and combat skills during gameplay and their art style, colors of their ranks, and combat harness is fantastic.
Halo 2: because they're much more detailed, they serve as allies when you play as the Arbiter, they can dual wield, they are more interactive to the environment like they can take cover when they have taken too much damage, they can hop on ledges, they can hijack vehicles, they can stealth kill unexpected enemies, and they also speak english for the first time which makes them relatable.
Halo 3: because they fight along side with the humans.
Halo Reach: because they are more intimating, menacing, very tall and imposing, and more alien, and they are very smart, fast, agile, cunning, and aggressive during gameplay just like halo CE, and they have really fantastic armor combat harness depending on their ranks.
Halo infinite: because 343 finally learned their mistakes of over designing the elites from halo 4 and 5 and made the classic look of the elites from the bungie halo games like they made them look more lean, agile, sleek, smart, fast, and they made them look similar from halo 2 anniversary body wise and brought back the armor combat harness from halo reach.

I hope we see the evolution of Hunters next. Hunters used to be not too intimidating and more of a pushover, but Halo 5 and Halo Infinite truly perfected the Hunters to be more scary and challenging. We even have 2 classes in Infinite. The blue and the red officer. I wish the gold one in ODST was in Infinite.

5:16 Let me introduce you to my favorite Halo Mexican meme What he's saying is: El Pozole Pozole is a Mexican dish that was invented at the pre-Columbian mesoamérica (now México), by the Aztecs (mexicas) and the meat they used then, was human meat from their enemies The meme is, Elites love Pozole so much they berserk to death when they spot the master chief It's usual to see elites welding a plate with Pozole in it in these memes Like, how long would an elite survive if he doesn't get to eat his lovable Pozole? We don't now, for sure, but not so long...
