Looking at the differences between the lumbar and thoracic vertebral spine. This took me a while because I had to make illustrations and learn how to do flash animation so I could demonstrate a complicated idea. I decided to use animation for my out-take... ha ha... don't criticize too harshly, it's my very first effort!

So if the facet joints on the cervical vertebrae are almost completely flat are the only things preventing their complete rotation the facet capsulary ligaments?

After L1 vertebral body fracture (9° kyphosis developed at the upper part and T12-L1 disc got Schmorl node) may the 12th rib touch somewhere because L1 vertebral body reduced height? Thank you. PS: 2:02 Why T12-L5 is mentioned than T12-L1?

I really have no clue what I’m talking about but my neck the vertebrae are all rotated to the left like a lot, and I’ve even worried that I’m gonna break my neck in a game it’s been like this for a year and a couple of months now and I hope there’s some way to fix it. I’ve been to the chiropractor over literally 100 times and football is a high contact sport, I’ve hit people then my hole left arm goes nine and it’s not just a stinger because I feel warmth in the left side of my neck all the way down my left arm.

I can't imagine how the ribcage deforms when the thoracic spine rotates 30-40 degrees.
