This year im trying to heal my body. Last year was full of injuries due to overworking my body. I am trying to become more flexible so that my body can recover much quicker.

I have just stumbled across this video today after my rowing cardio session and wanted a gentle but effective stretching session. I must say I really enjoyed it, and the transitions were great, and I got a good breathing session too. Thank you !

Week two now Flow My body is oh so much better. I can almost touch the ground bent forward, legs straightish ๐Ÿ‘Œ me and my triple figured belly weight ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ I've had lower back issues since like forever. Manually hard jobs. And you get it straightened out like every time, I automatically want to come back . Your my new Fix now Flow๐Ÿ˜. Thanks for allowing me to involve myself in your practice.
