ā–ŗAbout the Game -
The Midnight Apartment marks the next chapter in the psychological horror series: CurseEnigma. It's about Franco, a man who recently got divorced and is trying to get used to his new home in an old Italian village. As he settles in, he meets strange neighbors, and a feeling of being watched and followed by an unknown force gets stronger after sunset. The game tells an exciting story, exploring the mysterious lives of the people in the building and revealing what happened to the person who lived there before. It deals with themes like being alone, not trusting others, and the mysterious connections between people in this creepy and mysterious psychological horror experience.

This game is a first-person psychological horror experience. It features narrative, object finding, and conversation mechanics. The plot unfolds through missions and interactions with characters, guiding the player to explore the darker side of the building and uncover well-guarded secrets.

Hi, I'm the developer of the Cursed Enigma series. First of all, I just want to say thank you! I really appreciate it! It was amazing watching you play my game, and I've taken note of all the suggestions you provided. I apologize if the episodes are a bit short, I'll improve in the next one! Regarding the ending, I'd like to say that it's 'open.' If you noticed, the pipe sound at the end is the same one you heard while sleeping, so it's up to you to decide whether it has a positive ending (being found by the next tenant) or if the character meets their demise there. Thanks again, really! See you in the next episode :)

No, I don't want to settle into an old home in an old Italian village. I'm already in a 224 year old house. It's not creepy, but the amount of work that goes into cleaning it is horrifying!

So the landlord would intentionally populate the building with weird characters, then record their antics. And then.... Sell the tapes to some bigger weirdos who Like to watch? I guess that means we're weird too, somehow? With all the characters in it, you'd think they could make a longer game.

As indie horror game developers ourselves, we wanted to say a huge thank you for creating a platform to help people discover such unique & unknown games like this! :D We have a small request, feel free to also check out our most polished short horror experience, "The Penjikent Creature". It's a one-of-a-kind game based on the real-life Penjikent Murals, located in Tajikistan. We are almost certain that you will really enjoy it! :D

"Is that a cat meowing?" - That freaked me out, because 2 seconds before he said it, my cat meowed!

I thought this was a little gem of a game. The weirdness, the implied danger, the creepyness of the neighbours,.. it had the feeling of old British/European Folk horror. I agree that I would have liked a bit more,..maybe an escape at the end, after dealing with Antoinietta, but I do realise that the Devs are probably a small concern and had restrictions on the length of the game. All in all though, really enjoyable.

Besides the obvious brilliant quality of these walkthroughs, it's never a true CJU walkthrough unless he tries the sensible thing and try to escape before anything else!

Something I really appreciate with your vids is that you always say who's talking. It makes such a difference when I often have these on in the bg while doing stuff

Who built those apartments?! It looks like a nightmare to move in and out. Especially for the third floor. I hope they have a rent to own agreement cuz Iā€™m not moving out.
