Personally, I wouldn't do plastic surgery on myself. I did always hate my nose. A part of me wanted to get it fixed, but knowing my personality, it would be a slippery slope, and I'd end up wanting to change everything until I looked exactly the way I want. I'm still considering it, but I don't think I would be able to go through it.
