No other and nothing can heal our broken hearts but our Heavenly Father and creator and he does it so beautifully perfect. He always brings Beauty from our Ashe’s. It doesn’t feel like he will in the midst of the pain but one day you will look back and see how he brought beauty from your Ashe’s. When I was younger I would hear my mom say God brings beauty from our Ashe’s. I also would hear her play the song by Crystal Lewis Beauty for Ashe’s. I didn’t truly understand what it meant until one day when I was 19 pregnant with my first child alone and afraid driving down the road and saw something that gave me a deeper understanding. I grew up in a small town in the rainforest of the pacific north west. Its an old logging town. When they would log they would clean up and put all the scraps in a pile to slash burn. As I was driving down the road deep in thought I drove past a spot where they had slashed burned the year before. In the circle where they had burned the year before there was a circle of lush healthy green grass but everything outside of it was dead. It wasn’t something that happened quickly it took time and a season for the green healthy new grass to grow. I finally understood Beauty for Ashe’s. I also thought to myself sometimes he has to burn the house down to build it back up better and stronger than before.
