These are some of the strongest victims I’ve heard of. A dude got his skull cracked but still stood up, a lady got shot in the face TWICE but still walked out of her house — these are some extreme people.

I was born and raised here in Texarkana. It's always been a big deal around here. I remember my great grandparents telling me how absolutely terrifying it was for them. To never really know who the killer was really made it that much worse for our town. By now he's either extremely old or has passed away.
