CAUTION ADVISED: this podcast contains swearing.

Today, I welcome Peter Crone, aka ā€˜The Mind Architectā€™ back to the podcast. Peter is a writer, speaker and thought leader in human potential. He has worked with world-famous actors, athletes and the business elite yet what he has to say is just as likely to resonate with the average person, seeking to feel more comfortable in their own skin. His mission is to help people live life without limitations and stress. What he offers instead, is a life of freedom and peace. And who wouldnā€™t want that? I think thatā€™s why my last conversation with Peter back on episode 82 was one of the most popular conversations I have had to date.

Peter acknowledges that people struggle and the human experience is challenging but he offers a different way to look at life and your current problems. He believes our subconscious dialogue ā€“ the self-talk thatā€™s rooted in childhood conditioning and that we may not even be aware of ā€“ gives us a certain idea of who we are. By questioning this, and realising itā€™s not the truth, we can find freedom from suffering. We can get to know the triggers that make us feel less-than, and break free of our limitations.

If you heard my last conversation with Peter, youā€™ll know how life-changing his philosophy can be. This conversation has even more anecdotes that will help you apply Peterā€™s philosophy into your life. This is a really powerful conversation and I hope it helps you to find more freedom in your life.

I love listening to Peter Crone. I just wish His coaching wasnā€™t so expensive. I feel like all these speakers have such high pricing when it comes to personal coaching. But on a positive note one day I will be able to afford it.

This is mind boggling. I feel like Iā€™m going to need to listen to this everyday to correct my perception. Not just towards my self but even more importantly my kids and grandkids. At this moment what keeps echoing is acceptance.... donā€™t ever make another human being ā€œWRONG!ā€ Wow! Not even myself. Why does that feel so peaceful?

Iā€™m noticing the only content Iā€™m consuming these days are conversations like these. And itā€™s making a difference in how Iā€™m thinking. Iā€™ve stopped listening to content on trauma. Fingers crossed this means Iā€™m healing and breaking free. Iā€™ve heard a lot of these concepts before but havenā€™t been able to integrate these into my behaviors and actions. Slowly Iā€™m making steps to integrating this level of awareness. Iā€™m so very grateful talks like this are available to me. Iā€™m not sure if this level of discussion is ā€œnewā€ or if Iā€™m just now able to find it. Itā€™s a curiosity of mine to consider this. Thank you for this beautiful discussion. If itā€™s making a difference with me then I hope it is for others also. A nice display of the ā€œButterfly Effectā€ in action. ā¤

I had a traffic altercation but when I pulled up next to him and we rolled our windows down I said in a loud but calm voice " I still love you". His body relaxed and he smiled and we both drove away with peace instead of anger.

Peter is absolutely great (& Rangan). I agree that the world simply needs more kindness, but kindness needs to start with self, which people find difficult to do. Iā€™m a cognitive behavioural therapist and the amount of people that have negative core beliefs is astounding ā€˜Iā€™m not....good enough, worthy, lovableā€™.... all words produced by the self that do so much harm. Much of what Peter talks about is CBT based (and compassion focused therapy).... all fundamentally simple stuff (our needs are simple; to belong, have purpose, be needed and feel understood) which Peter puts across in a beautiful and easy to understand way. If only everyone could access this model of being (or ā€˜a Peterā€™) then self contentment and dare I say it.... peace would be in more abundance. Love to all those that are trying to help and are being kind.... thank you ā¤ļøšŸ™

Iā€™m addicted to your podcasts! I used to listen to them on my journey to and from uni before coronavirus struck. Now Iā€™m working out, eating healthy and doing my best to adopt a positive attitude to life. Please keep them coming, the material you provide is truly life changing.

My absolute favorite part is when Peter says he also has days where he asks himself ā€œwhatā€™s the pointā€ but he doesnā€™t wallow there. That gave me so much comfort and acceptance for my appeasement in this life. Thank you for sharing that part Peter I really appreciate it.

Phenomenal conversation! That final point he made about the intention behind actions being more important than the actions. That is the key!!

This information is invaluable to so many people. No one has made more sense to me than Peter and Rangan. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me learn to start to love and more importantly forgive and accept myself for who I am. Trying every day now to love self and share these amazing podcasts to people I love. Thank you so much for clarifying what has been a miserable life for me all of which is and has been of my own choosing but not understanding why. In reality I should not be alive due to the gallons of cortisol and fight or flight or freeze responses my entire life. Iā€™m beyond grateful to have been referred to you by a dear friend. Much love and respect ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤

OMG. Thank you thank you thank you! The universe has put me in the path of both of you, and having struggled with obesity for nearly 40 years this could not have come at a better time for me. My heart is filled with gratitude and love for you both, but also for myself.šŸ™šŸ» Finally....šŸ’ž

I'm so glad I watched this, I can truly relate to Peter's way of thinking. I've had a lot of feelings of hopelessness and overwhelm lately and I had forgotten to be kind to myself and forgive myself for the way I feel. I realise that I need to be more accepting and at peace with things and positivly influence others by example, not by force.

I have a feeling that Peter draws many insights from the work of Byron Katie, which is perfectly fine. Her 4 questions and turn arounds have done more for me than any therapy, books or psychedelic experiences. I love Peterā€™s insights, too. Actually itā€™s the same thing that many spiritually awakened people talk about. Power to such sharing!
