This is mind boggling. I feel like Iām going to need to listen to this everyday to correct my perception. Not just towards my self but even more importantly my kids and grandkids. At this moment what keeps echoing is acceptance.... donāt ever make another human being āWRONG!ā Wow! Not even myself. Why does that feel so peaceful?

Iām noticing the only content Iām consuming these days are conversations like these. And itās making a difference in how Iām thinking. Iāve stopped listening to content on trauma. Fingers crossed this means Iām healing and breaking free. Iāve heard a lot of these concepts before but havenāt been able to integrate these into my behaviors and actions. Slowly Iām making steps to integrating this level of awareness.
Iām so very grateful talks like this are available to me. Iām not sure if this level of discussion is ānewā or if Iām just now able to find it. Itās a curiosity of mine to consider this.
Thank you for this beautiful discussion. If itās making a difference with me then I hope it is for others also. A nice display of the āButterfly Effectā in action. ā¤

Peter is absolutely great (& Rangan). I agree that the world simply needs more kindness, but kindness needs to start with self, which people find difficult to do. Iām a cognitive behavioural therapist and the amount of people that have negative core beliefs is astounding āIām not....good enough, worthy, lovableā.... all words produced by the self that do so much harm. Much of what Peter talks about is CBT based (and compassion focused therapy).... all fundamentally simple stuff (our needs are simple; to belong, have purpose, be needed and feel understood) which Peter puts across in a beautiful and easy to understand way. If only everyone could access this model of being (or āa Peterā) then self contentment and dare I say it.... peace would be in more abundance. Love to all those that are trying to help and are being kind.... thank you ā¤ļøš

This information is invaluable to so many people. No one has made more sense to me than Peter and Rangan. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me learn to start to love and more importantly forgive and accept myself for who I am. Trying every day now to love self and share these amazing podcasts to people I love. Thank you so much for clarifying what has been a miserable life for me all of which is and has been of my own choosing but not understanding why. In reality I should not be alive due to the gallons of cortisol and fight or flight or freeze responses my entire life. Iām beyond grateful to have been referred to you by a dear friend. Much love and respect ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤

I'm so glad I watched this, I can truly relate to Peter's way of thinking. I've had a lot of feelings of hopelessness and overwhelm lately and I had forgotten to be kind to myself and forgive myself for the way I feel. I realise that I need to be more accepting and at peace with things and positivly influence others by example, not by force.

I have a feeling that Peter draws many insights from the work of Byron Katie, which is perfectly fine. Her 4 questions and turn arounds have done more for me than any therapy, books or psychedelic experiences. I love Peterās insights, too. Actually itās the same thing that many spiritually awakened people talk about. Power to such sharing!

I love listening to Peter Crone. I just wish His coaching wasnāt so expensive. I feel like all these speakers have such high pricing when it comes to personal coaching. But on a positive note one day I will be able to afford it.
