I put this in my grandmother’s ears not long before she passed. She hadn’t slept for ages and suddenly she said ‘oh it’s beautiful’ and fell asleep listening to this. I've listened to a lot of guided meditation over the years and its great for sleep but this time was different. I lost my mom at 12 to cancer. I was focusing on her and how much I loved her when I saw her face and felt her touch my chest. I FELT IT! I woke up sobbing like a baby. It was so good to know shes still with me.

I've been listening to Sarah for years and as a fellow empath and healer, her (your) sessions are such a treat for me, a return of the energy of sorts. I spent the entire month of November 2022 at my parents' home with my 3 sisters and 90 year old mom as we took care of our 93 year old father. We worked together so well, each bringing our gifts and working together in a beautiful rhythm. Although we all contributed in many ways, I brought my gift of healing and spirituality, and I worked silently in the background, supporting everyone. I gave reiki/pranic healing sessions, and when healing turned to a time of transition, I helped dad release his fear of the unknown and letting go by sharing my spiritual experiences with him. As empath and healer It's important to know when you must simply be, not try to fix or heal and I was "holding space" for everyone else. It was tough and as an empath, grief is one of the hardest things to feel for self and others. I listened to Sarah every night, took time to walk barefoot and ground outside, recharge in the shower and thankfully one sister brought her dogs (animals heal the empath). Although I helped daily, my turn to really step in came towards the end days. I helped dad relax, tried to ease his fears and held his hand. He loved music but his hearing aids sometimes made that difficult. I often played Sarah's sessions for him and he loved them. In his final hours he wasn't able to verbally communicate but we talked in my head. He showed me his fear, some beautiful things and I held his hand on both sides of the veil. One of the most precious and blessed experiences of my life which left me wondering if that was one of the reasons I was born and placed on my spiritual journey - to help my father pass. The life of an empath often feels its not our own, but that we're here for everyone else and we often feel misunderstood and seldom receive back (from people) what we freely give (but in the giving there is the receipt). In those moments I was given such incredible gifts too personal to share. Dad transitioned home 4 days prior to his 94th birthday. Thank you Sarah for being such a beautiful gift to all of us and sharing in all the precious, profound moments you may not hear about. ❤

I tried this for first time lastnight, I’ve currently got the flu & just wanted good night sleep, I started to drift off listening but then I kept feeling fear (ego) I finally let go & in my dream state I saw a huge massive orange orb light come out my solar plexus, don’t remember anything after that but definitely going to try again tonight thankyou 💜

I listened to this for the first time last night. I fell asleep rather quickly. At some point through the night, my first love (died tragically in a freak accident 19 years ago) was holding me and he kissed me,it felt so real. Matter of fact it felt so real that it startled me awake. I could feel his facial hair still when I woke up. Its a bitter sweet experience.

I did this meditation last night and it was incredible! I asked for healing of my dry skin that's been bothering me for a few months and emotional healing from deep sadness that I've been experiencing lately. I saw a saint-mother like figure and heard the word "Mary". I'm not familiar with the Bible, so I googled it only to find that her twin flame is Archangel Raphael, archangel of healing in physical, emotional, and spiritual realms! I simply asked for healing and the appropriate angel showed up without my knowing. I got chills <3

This made me realise that I want to love others more and learn to love myself. I then asked myself what fruits do I like and was then reminded of my Christian days and reminded of the fruits of the Holy Spirit found in the book of Galatians. All the things that I crave eg love, peace, joy etc are all freely given to anyone who accepts Jesus as Lord and Saviour and the best thing of all is Jesus said " I will never leave or forsake you" I am so grateful that this is true and I am no longer lost.

Today a felt something absolutely amazing, never felt before. I am practicing this some time, but today finally did it!!!! Just believe in yourself, it is real, my hand were floating, someone helped me hold my hand and then someone started hold my head above the pilow....my body was vibrating and I could feel it,.it wasnt a dream.

Omg this is my first time doing something like this and so far I've met three of them. I simply asked if there are at least 3 or 4 of them around they can simply push my back forward by taking their time while I was sitting up straight and they did. The first one touched my face with a nice cold feeling. The second one made my chest feel safe and warm. The third one approached me from the back it felt like it sat next to make and gave me a sign by pushing me slowly forward. As a sign to ask if they were leaving I asked them to push backwards and take their time and they did 🥺🥺. I feel so happy and safe knowing they are around. It brings me joy and love 🤭❤️❤️

I watch this one 2 or 3 times weekly. It helps with my daytime trance inductions. Great communication with my angels and dieties as well. Strengthens bonds. Works your attunement out for sure.
