I'm utterly infatuated with the irony in Radiohead's music! Songs like: "Nude," as well as, "How To Disappear Completely (and Never Be Found Again)"-Their luscious melodies & harmonic chord progressions are, aurally, the closest experience I've had-capturing pure peace (or heaven on Earth) vs Thom's lyrical content, which is very dark & illustrates true despair. Art in it's finest form, imo!

I love the little details in this song... The synth at 1:05, the pause at 2:13, the growling feedback + orchestra at 2:33, the background voices at 2:44, the almost absence of the bass at the very last note (Thom's voice seems to ascend with the strings...) This is pure craftsmanship in music!

this video should win awards for editing. i love how the sound matches the video on phil's cymbal crash around 2:16. just great production work that doesn't get mentioned normally! i mean radiohead is just perfect. what is it that makes them so perfect???? is it the simple music that they play better than anyone? or those beautiful guitar effects jonny always has?? or phil's smooth percussion?? thom's melodic voice??? i hope radiohead survives for at least 3 more CD's. they have over 100 songs!

This song is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard, and it just never gets old. I can already imagine people saying in like 20 years from now, "oh why don't we have bands like Radiohead nowadays", just like people tend to say about 70's bands and such.
Because Radiohead are truely one of a kind, and we are lucky to still have them active and in their prime.

In Rainbows was a masterpiece, to put in it simple terms. Every song is unique, especially this song. I've yet to see any album get anywhere near the brilliance this album has.
