Wow! Last week, I was wishing for something to help my very painful knees. I thought it was pretty cool 😎 that you did several "knee" videos. Then I thought, I wonder if there is anything to help the constant pain of this 71 yr old body, after @ 40 yrs of fibromyalgia. I can't take anything for pain, due to blood thinners. Voila! A fibro video! Surprised, I thought, wouldn't it be weird if they made a video now for painful, partially frozen shoulders? Now there is this...
I'm not really sure if you guys are totally psychic, or if it's divine intervention at work. Either way, thank you very much! Any relief would be a Godsend, and I always get a chuckle watching you, too. ❤️

Just subscribed to your channel! I'm a dance teacher in my late 30s and I have all kinds of dance related pains. Last night I couldn't sleep due to I believe a shoulder impingement that is still bothering me this evening, but I just tried these plus a few other videos stretches and they were great! We stretch a lot in dance, so it's awesome to find specific ones for certain issues. Thanks guys!

Gentlemen, I have had left shoulder pain for months that wasn’t terrible, but definitely was limiting my range of motion and it hurt. I thought it would just go away. It didn’t and has gotten worse so today I said that is enough. I amazed! I followed along doing these along with you today, and now my tape differential is huge. I can totally raise my left arm above my head again. I am sold on these exercises and will be doing them daily to totally heal my shoulder. Thanks so much!

Hi Bob and Brad. I am an old subscriber of yours and this channel changed my life. I was in big lumbar pain with crural radiation to the front of the legs and under the knee. Your exercises and advice helped me to control this so I can go on with my life (I have L1-L3 bulging disk with radiculopathy on both legs and osteocondroze). I also have C5-C6 issues. All these are diagnosed by doctors and MRI. I will like to ask you about thoracic issues. I am 49, male, overweight and I work a lot at a desk (PC). I have 1 small tender point in my thoracic area, 1-2 cm left from the thoracic spine. I feel it tender when I press with my finger. I feel no change on the muscle or the aspect of the skin...just this tender point when I press it with my finger, like 1 cm area. It is felt near the surface of the skin. It is a pandemic and I cannot go now to the doctor. I do not ask you to diagnose me., I know this is not possible online. Can you make a video about tender to pressure spots in the spine area? It is muscle? It is nerves? Or something else? Thank you!

"Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."
