✨ Controlling your dreams is epic, feel and experience anything, BUT, it Can be confusing.
To lucid dream in 5 minutes, it’s about training your mind to become self aware but many people get this wrong! Very wrong in fact.

Lucid dreaming is when you know that you are dreaming. It is like being in a dream within a dream. You can control what happens in your dream, and it feels very real. To have a lucid dream, you need to first relax your body and clear your mind. Then, imagine that you are in a dream. Once you are in the dream, you can do anything you want! And that’s what we’ll focus on, how to lucid dream in 5 minutes or less.

This is not just about reality checks it’s about the intention to wake up. It’s like a recipe, you kinda have to get MANY things right to control your dreams, and not just one or two things. Do that right, and you’ll control your dreams in under 5 minutes.

One thing to note. In the very beginning, you did pass off the common misconception that lucid dreaming is controling your dreams, when in fact, it is simply being aware that you're dreaming while dreaming, or knowing that you're dreaming while dreaming. Lots of people who look up lucid dreaming online thinks that it means controlling your dreams and having really vivid dreams, so when they do have a lucid dream that's not particularly vivid or that lacks dream control, they don't understand that they actually had a lucid dream.

In my experience I had multiple lucid dreams, however firstly - very inconsistently; secondly - often wasn't able to do what I wanted to (my dreamworld did not obey me) and thirdly - sometimes didn't even know what to do in the first place when realized I am dreaming lol I think my biggest problem is that my dreams are way too crazy, I remember my dreams almost every time, but they either look like H.R.Giger's works on drugs after a week of insomnia (so I don't even understand what's happening) OR they represent a recall of my traumatic life experiences (the real reason I try to learn to lucid dream consistently in the first place). Any advice? Love your work, dude

I had very brief, accidental lucid dream a few months ago. For a bit of backstory, I have an intense fear of tornadoes. Often, when I have nightmares, they feature a tornado forming in our yard or my kids being pulled out of my arms, or looking outside and seeing multiple tornadoes forming in the distance. One night, I was having a dream about tornadoes and getting a warning that we needed to head to a shelter because a tornado was coming. For a split second, I realized “This is a dream.” And then I woke up.

I honestly don’t follow any methods throughout my day but if I put my mind to it I can get a lucid dream within a week or two. The only thing I really do is write down my dreams briefly on an app. Are some people just better at it than others right off the bat?

I lucid dream without trying couple times a week. I have bad sleep habits and watch blue screen at nights but for me it's just natural to lucid dream. I have also lot of dreams where im almost lucid but not quite I can realise I can fly or do stuff but still don't know if it's dream.

I had a weird 50 50 dream last night. I could control myself in the dream, but I couldn’t do anything cool. I was apparently chasing a Chinese classmate of mine in the last floor of a skyscraper. And that was my first night after so many months of going back and forth on lucid dreaming.

I've had amazing lucid dreams, and terrible ones. The one that has always stuck with me was so real and terrifying I woke up screaming and still in pain. I was in a dark parking lot at night, no cars around, just stray buggies. There was a man in the distance, I would call him a shadow man, but only bc I couldn't make out any features on him, even up close. He started chasing me and caught up with me pretty quickly, tackled me to the ground, and put a 🔪 on my neck. He was trying to R me and I was trying to fight him off, he didn't succeed bc I was able to wiggle away. When he tackled me the second time he flipped me to my back and starting st@bb1ng me in the stomach. I woke up screaming and gasping for air, and I had this sharp pain in my stomach where he had st@bb3d me. I was full on panic mode, checking for blood, trying to breathe. Idk if I was having stomach cramps and my brain made up a dream to go with it. Or if lucid dreaming is something that should be approached with caution. But it was too real.
