I just realized that in this song he says “Like Snufkin and Little My” after listening to this song for years. I got into the Moominvalley fandom somewhat recently so I was so happy to find out he referenced it in his song (besides of course the songs he wrote for Moominvalley).
I was confused at first as to why he said Little My instead of Moomintroll since him and Snufkin are two peas in a pod, but then I realized that Little My is supposed to represent Lemon Boy since they’re both grumpy and bitter and it all made sense.
