It is insane how I have always had pretty good mental health, and the second that changes some, Cavetown songs get a whole new meaning.
Having my mental health not be in a really good state just makes me realize what I mean and what I do for others who are struggling.
I love to help others, and I do it when I can. I am so very grateful for my friends who repay that same favor; even when they may be struggling with their own problems. Thank you for all who help others.
Appreciate the conversations you have with others. They mean much more than you think.
On that note, have a wonderful day everyone, and if you notice someone may not be having the best day, please do something to make them feel noticed and loved. I love you all. Byeđ

hey my dude! just wanted to let you know. iâve been going through a lot of shit recently (mostly pointless panic) and this has been my go-to song for months now. even my friends know when i say âthe songâ this is what i mean. iâm sat in my pantry right now paranoid just blasting this song and it keeps me grounded. this song has kept me from going overboard so many times. iâm in an incredible debt to you. i donât want to think about what would have happened if i didnât have this song. thank you so much. i donât know how to express my absolute gratitude that this song was created.

I heard this song by the end of the year it came out. At the time, I was short-term friends with this person online who I donât remember the name of. They were really cool, and those days of us just roleplaying for hours on Roblox will never get old. They used to play this song all the time when we talked, along with Yeah Right by Joji. The last time we chatted they were debating su**ide and unfriended me abruptly. I hope theyâre still out there somewhere playing this tune, alive or not, it really suited them. This song haunts me deeply in remembrance of how great they really were. I miss them dearly.
